Processing Time: Once an order is placed, it takes 1 - 3 business days to process it. Orders placed during the week are typically processed within 1 day, but if you place an order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take a little longer.
Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivery takes an average of 8 - 12 business days.

Shipping of your order:

Once your order has been placed and processed, it will be shipped. To keep our prices fair and competitive, our items are shipped from Denmark and China. We have some stock in Australia and also some stock from our warehouse in China. This helps us offer the best prices and supports a more sustainable environment.

Important notice regarding cancellations:

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you must wait until the order has been delivered and then initiate a return in accordance with our returns policy.
